PURPOSE: A device and a system and a method for measuring amount of exercise are provided to systematically provide exercise information by time to a user with utilization portable device element, thereby simplifying configuration of exercise amount. CONSTITUTION: An exercise measuring unit(110) measures a momentum of user. The momentum is measured at every preset cycle. A control unit(120) generates exercise information by cycle from the momentum of the user. A memory unit(130) successively stores the exercise information by cycle. A communication unit(140) transmits the saved exercise information by cycle to the outside.
