PURPOSE: A mobile payment terminal and a fee payment system using the same for performing a payment using various types of RF cards are provided to perform automatic fee payment by using a reader for reading noncontact card.;CONSTITUTION: A terminal antenna transmits and receives an electronic toll collection system and data. A contact-type card reader(130) comprises a slot in which a contact card is inserted. The contact card reader outputs the card information in which the identifying information is included from the contact card inserted into the slot. A noncontact card reader(150) outputs the card information in which the identifying information is included from the contactless card.
