PURPOSE: An integrated power amplifier system for a wireless moving apparatus is provided to reduce a design and a layout area by uniting one structure including two 1/4 wavelength transformers of a 180° phase difference with a balune of an output and one 1/4 wavelength transformer.;CONSTITUTION: A power amplifier system includes a differential carrier amplifier(301) and one or more differential peaking amplifier(302). A negative shift 1/4 wavelength transformer(303) is arranged in front of an input of the carrier amplifier. A first differential combining structure includes a positive shift 1/4 wavelength transformer(304) arranged along a first route and the negative shift 1/4 wavelength transformer(305) arranged along a second route. A second differential combining structure includes the positive shift 1/4 wavelength transformer(306) and the negative shift 1/4 wavelength transformer(308) in the first route.
