PURPOSE: A touch window device is provided to provide a conductive support member capable of a support member role of a support film and a conductive member role of a lower part transparent film of touch panel, thereby removing necessity of the lower part transparent film and an optical transparent adhesive.;CONSTITUTION: A touch film(104) is arranged between a LCD panel(60) and an window panel(20). The touch film has an upper electrode(103). The touch film detects an electric coordinate signal corresponding to a touch location. A conductive support member(110) has a lower electrode(112).
