POLYALKYLENE GLYCOL-BASED ALLYL ETHER POLYMER CAPABLE OF INCREASING POLYMERIZATION RATE OF AN ALLYL MONOMER USING A REDOX CATALYST AS A POLYMERIZATION CATALYST AND A METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME
PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a polyalkylene glycol-based allyl ether polymer is provided to increase allyl alcohol polymerization reaction rate in comparison with a peroxides-based catalyst and a persulfates-based catalyst and to perform a polymerization reaction at a low reaction temperature.;CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing polyalkylene glycol-based allyl ether polymer comprises the following steps: putting distilled water and ethylene glycol allyl ether into a reaction container and increasing the temperature of the reactants after substituting the reactant with nitrogen; dropping a redox-based catalyst into the reaction container using a dropping pump; dropping a monomer reaction in which acrylic acid and the distilled water are mixed into the reaction container; completely polymerizing non-reactive monomer after injecting the catalyst and a monomer solution.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
