PURPOSE: A BF3 complex catalyst, a manufacturing method thereof, and a manufacturing method of high reactive polybutene using the same are provided to manufacture the high reactive polybutene with a high conversion rate at a high temperature.;CONSTITUTION: A BF3 complex catalyst comprises boron trifluoride and different kinds of alcohol compounds of carbon number 1 ~ 10. A molar ratio of the boron trifluoride and the alcohol compound is 1:1 ~ 2. A manufactruing method of the catalyst includes a step for putting the boron trifluoride into the alcohol. A manufacturing method of the high reactive polybutene includes a step for neutralizing the BF3 complex catalyst in a hydrocarbon mixture.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
