PURPOSE: A deuterated anthracene derivative and an organic light emitting device including thereof are provided to improve the luminous efficiency, the brightness, the power efficiency, the thermal stability, and the device lifetime when applying the derivative to the organic light emitting device.;CONSTITUTION: A deuterated anthracene derivative is marked with chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, Ar1 and Ar2 are substituted or non-substituted aromatic ring groups of C6~40 selected from the group consisting of deuterium, an alkyl group of C1~C40, a cycloalkyl group of C3~C40, an alkenyl group of C2~C40, an alkoxy group of C1~C40, an amino group of C1~C40, an aryl group of C5~C40, and a heteroaryl group of C4~C40, respectively.
