PURPOSE: A multiple image synthesizing device and a method thereof are provided to synthesize a plurality of multiple exposure images according to desired gray scale band or region of interest by receiving a plurality of images.;CONSTITUTION: A controller(530) sets a region of interest or gray scale band after receiving a plurality of images due to different exposure or HDR image. A video processor(520) generates a multiple exposure image by combining and synthesizing the HDR image or the exposure images according to the region of interest or gray scale bands. A weight value generator(510) generates the weighted value of a video composition according to the gray scale bands or the region of interest.
