PURPOSE: An adhesive tape for attaching photovoltaic modules is provided to simplify the assembly of the photovoltaic modules, and to protect a laminate edge from water and moisture. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive tape for attaching photovoltaic(PV) modules is used to attach PV laminate inside a frame of the PV modules. The adhesive tape(1) comprises the following: more than one adhesive layer(5); and more than one polymer layer including a foaming agent. The attaching process of the PV modules using the tape comprises the following steps: applying the tape to the edge of a sunlight laminate(3) or the frame(2) of the PV modules; inserting the laminate to the frame; and foaming the tape after inserting the laminate.
