INTEGRATED SILICA FILTER BAG FOR ULTRA-HIGH TEMPERATURE USING A COPPER MELTING METHOD, A MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF, AND A DUST COLLECTING DEVICE FOR REDUCING DUST LOAD USING THE SAME
PURPOSE: An integrated silica filter bag for ultra-high temperature using a copper melting method, a manufacturing method thereof, and a dust collecting device for reducing dust load using the same are provided to increase a filtering area to 3 ~ 5 times, and to reduce a size of the device.;CONSTITUTION: An integrated silica filter bag for ultra-high temperature using a copper melting method includes the following: an internal core(2) of perforated structure; silica fiber(3) surrounding the internal core; an upper cap(9) of which top is opened; and a lower cap(5) of which bottom is sealed to maintain airtight of the internal core and the silica fiber. The upper cap is formed to venturi structure to guide external air when the compressed air is flowed.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
