PURPOSE: A sound proof and heat insulating material for construction and a wall structure of a building using the same are provided to prevent the progressing of fire by being made of non combustion material.;CONSTITUTION: A sound proof and heat insulating material for construction is formed by filling the inside of a case(1) formed of nonflammable felt with filler(2). The case comprises a main body(11) and a sealing part(12). The top-opened main body comprises a cubical shape. The sealing part seals the opened top of the main body and comprises a detachable member. The detachable member is formed at the upper end of the other side of the main body and the end of the sealing part and detaches the sealing part from the upper end of the other side of the main body.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
