PURPOSE: A digital photographing device, a method for controlling the same, and a computer-readable storage medium are provided to conveniently display a desired composition on a live-view screen using a touch-sensitive screen. CONSTITUTION: An image for displaying a photography composition is drawn on a touch-sensitive screen(410). A composition input controller(420) offers a touch-sensitive input screen on which the composition is drawn. After the photography composition is drawn, the composition input controller displays a composition input with a live-view input. The photography composition controller displays the composition input to be overlapped with the live-view input.
