PURPOSE: A beam homogenizer is provided to convert a beam with uneven light intensity distribution into a beam with even light intensity distribution by using only one or two lenses.;CONSTITUTION: A beam homogenizer comprises a first refractive surface(110) and a second refractive surface(120). The first refractive surface is an aspheric surface with negative refractive power. The second refractive surface is an aspheric surface with positive refractive power. The first refractive surface redistributes the flux of an inputted beam. The second refractive surface outputs a parallel collimated beam by eliminating the wave front path difference of the flux-redistributed beam.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
