PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of the capillary tube valve for the lab on a chip is provided to maintain independent reaction and detection of plural reaction chambers. CONSTITUTION: A lab on a chip having a capillary tube valve: comprises: inserted sample and a plurality of reaction chambers. In a plurality of reaction chambers, the reagent implantation part in which reagent is inserted is formed and it is connected to the micro channel in which reagent flows. In a plurality of reaction chambers, the reagent implantation part in which reagent is inserted is formed and it is connected to the micro channel in which reagent flows. The capillary tube valve for secluding the flow of microfluid is formed on the reagent implantation part.
