PURPOSE: A cutting oil recovery device having an oil fence for removing lubricant oil is provided to increase the filtering efficiency by controlling the laminar flow of cutting oil.;CONSTITUTION: A cutting oil recovery device having an oil fence for removing lubricant oil comprises a flow unit(110), a flow change unit(120), a filtering section(130), a storage section(140), a pumping member(150), and an oil fence. The used cutting fluid is collected in the flow unit. The impurities contained in filtering section and the cutting fluid flow is filtered by the filtering section.
