PURPOSE: A beverage extracting apparatus using a capsule is provided to improve the operating dependability of the beverage extracting apparatus with an elastic member which elastically supports one end of a capsule.;CONSTITUTION: A beverage extraction apparatus using a capsule comprises: a main body(10) which comprises a movement space of a capsule and an extracting bowl(30); a transfer unit(20) which selectively transfers a capsule(C) along the movement space to the extracting bowl; and a fixing unit which is connected to the transfer unit and selectively protects the capsule and fixes. The fixing unit is carried apart from the capsule due to the interference with the exterior(35) of the extraction bow, releases the fixing of the capsule, and discharges the capsule with returning to the original position.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
