RAIL-TO-RAIL LOW POWER VOLTAGE SENSE AMPLIFIER

PURPOSE: A rail-to-rail low-power voltage sense amplifier is provided to reduce power consumption by connecting a feed-back circuit to a sensing unit and an input unit in order to detect rail-to-rail input signal. CONSTITUTION: An input unit(210) inputs two input signal in a rail-to-rail input range. A sensing unit(220) senses voltages with respect to the two input signal. The input signal of a higher voltage is amplified to a power supply voltage VDD level. The input signal of a lower voltage is outputted as a ground level. A feed-back unit(230) allows the direct current pass of the sensing unit from a VDD power to a ground in the sensing process of the two input signal. After the sensing process is completed, the direction current pass is blocked.
