PURPOSE: A device and a method for eliminating a ceiling panel with asbestos are provided to prevent dust occurred when a ceiling panel is broken from being scattered by collecting the ceiling panel inside a collection bag.;CONSTITUTION: A device for eliminating a ceiling panel with asbestos comprises a bogie(100), a support frame(110), lifts(120), hoppers(130), a collection bag(140), first cylinders(150), a second cylinder(160), a cooling air spraying nozzle(170), and an air spraying nozzle(171). The support frame is formed on the top of the bogie. The lifts are installed on the top of the support frame and are lifted by the operation of ascending cylinders(121). The hoppers are formed in the top end of the lifts. The collection bag is formed in the bottom end of the hoppers. The first cylinders are formed in both sides of the top end of the hoppers. The cooling air spraying nozzle is formed in a second movable member(161) of the second cylinder. The air spraying nozzle is formed in one side of the cooling air spraying nozzle.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
