PURPOSE: A power control method of a system interlinked fuel cell system and an apparatus thereof are provided to improve the reliability of a system by reducing unnecessary time, fuel, and power consumption caused by system down and rebooting of a system. CONSTITUTION: An electric power converting unit(110) interlinks a part of the DC power supply outputted from a fuel battery(102) with an electric power system(120). The electric power system is supplied with the electrical energy generated in the electric power converting unit. An instantaneous voltage drop compensation unit(124) is connected with the power converter during the restoration period of the malfunctioning time.
