HEAT EXCHANGER OF A WATER COOLING AND HEATING DEVICE, CAPABLE OF IMPROVING ANTI-CAUSTICITY AND HEAT EXCHANGE EFFECT

PURPOSE: A heat exchanger of a water cooling and heating device is provided to simplify the process steps of a heat exchanger by reducing the number of welding process steps in heat exchanger manufacturing processes.;CONSTITUTION: A heat exchanger of water cooling and heating device comprises: an aluminum refrigerant circulating pipe(3) which comprises a semicircular curved portion(1) and a middle straight portion(2) with being arranged to zigzag; a heat-radiating supporting plate(9) wherein supporting plates(6,7) are respectively installed in both sides of the heat-radiating supporting plate, mounting holes(4,5) which settle installed is formed the semicircular curved portion of the aluminum refrigerant circulating pipe are formed in the supporting plate, and a ventilating hole(8) is formed between the supporting plates; and a fixing plate(11) wherein a plurality of guideline binding grooves(10) contacting the middle straight portion of the aluminum refrigerant circulating pipe to the heat-radiating supporting plate is formed in the fixing plate. The heat-radiating supporting plate and the fixing plate are combined by spot welding.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
