PURPOSE: A peeling machine is provided to effectively peel outer skins of crops such as potatoes, sweet potatoes and chestnut etc, and to effectively collect the peeled outer skins in an outer skin container.;CONSTITUTION: A container(11) is prepared in a space removing outer skins of an object to be processed. A rotating plate(12) is combined to a blade and is located inside the container. A frame is located on the bottom of the rotating plate, and includes a penetration hole. A motor(15) supplies power to rotate the rotating plate. A peeling device(10) is located on the bottom of the penetration hole and further includes an outer skin container(18).
