PURPOSE: A synthesis method of a nanosilver material is provided to control the size of the synthesized nanosilver material by controlling the irradiation time of a proton beam, and the concentration of a silver ion. CONSTITUTION: A synthesis method of a nanosilver material using a proton beam irradiation is performed by irradiating a proton beam to a solution containing silver salt, polyvinyl alcohol, and isopropyl alcohol to synthesize the nanosilver material. The size of the synthesized nanosilver material is controlled by the total irradiation amount of the proton beam, and the concentration of the silver salt in the solution. 10ml of 2~10% polyvinyl alcohol solution contains 0.1~0.5g of isopropyl alcohol, and 5~20mM of silver salt.
