PURPOSE: A porous PVDF membrane and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to manufacture the porous PVDF membrane with good permeability, and to improve chemical resistance of PVDF resin by injecting an amphiprotic material into the PVDF-based resin.;CONSTITUTION: A porous PVDF membrane comprises amphoteric polymer 3-25 parts by weight in polyvinylidene fluoride-based resin 100.0 selected from a copolymer containing vinylidene fluoride homopolymer or vinylidene fluoride 50 mole% or more. The average molecular weight of the polyvinylidene fluoride resin is 20,000-1,000,000. The porous PVDF membrane is a hollow fiber membrane of an inner diameter of 0.10-5.0mm and an outer diameter of 0.15-6.0mm. A manufacturing method of the porous PVDF membrane includes the following steps: manufacturing law liquid; casting the liquid or spinning the liquid through a double nozzle; and extracting a solvent by precipitating the liquid in a coagulant.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
