GLAZE COMPOSITION FOR CERAMIC WARE, CAPABLE OF FORMING A BLACK CRYSTAL

摘要

PURPOSE: A glaze composition for ceramic ware capable of forming a black crystal is provided to obtain a sophisticated and subtle color of the ceramic ware, and to form the ceramic ware with components which is harmless to the human body.;CONSTITUTION: A glaze composition for ceramic ware, capable of forming a black crystal contains 30~50wt% of crush-fermented pine needles, 20~40wt% of crush-fermented rhus verniciflura leaves, 5~15wt% of crush-dried lacquer tree bark, and 15~25wt% of feldspar. A fermentation method of the pine needles and the rhus verniciflura leaves comprises a step of mixing the pine needles and the rhus verniciflura leaves with water, and a step of fermenting for 2~5 years. The black crystal is formed on the surface of the ceramic ware after spreading the glaze composition on the surface before glost firing the ceramic ware.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
