PURPOSE: A modular automatic radionuclide technetium-99 separator and a separation method for using the same are provided to divide the technetium-99 from the automatic isolation process into the minimum volume state by equipping a gamma-ray detector to a column module. CONSTITUTION: A supply module(1) comprises a reagent feed port which selectively can inject a plurality of reagents and the analyte sample feed port which selectively can inject the selected reagent and plurality of analyte samples. A pump module(3) comprises the reagent provided from the supply module or the pump escorting the analyte sample and the pump control unit controlling the pump. A column module(2) divides the technetium -99 from reagent and the analyte sample provided from the pump module. A control module(4) is electrically connected to the supply module, and the column module and pump module in order to be proceed the control action.
