PURPOSE: An antibacterial composition containing Puerh water extract is provided ensure thermal stability in extracting at high temperature and to improve digestion function. CONSTITUTION: An antibacterial composition contains Peurh water extract as an active ingredient. A method for Puerh water extract comprises: a step of adding water of 10-130C to Puerh tea; a step of placing for 10-40 minutes in a culture room in a same temperature as water temperature; and a step of filtering the resultant twice.
