PURPOSE: A producing method of a composite electrolyte thin film of a solid oxide fuel cell is provided to improve the ion conductivity of the thin film under the reducing atmosphere. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a composite electrolyte thin film of a solid oxide fuel cell comprises the following steps: forming a supporter in a disc shape; pre-sintering the supporter; coating an YSZ colloid solution on the upper side of the supporter; and sintering the YSZ colloid solution including the pre-sintered supporter. The supporter has the 0.7 millimeters of thickness, and 22 millimeters of diameter. The pre-sintering process is operated for 6 hours.
