PURPOSE: An aromatic polyester amide copolymer is provided to improve low thermal expansion rate, dielectric constant, and dielectric loss.;CONSTITUTION: An aromatic polyester amide copolymer contains 20-40 mol% of repeating unit derived from aromatic diols; 20-40 mol% of at least one repeating unit of a repeating unit derived from aromatic amine with phenolic hydroxyl group and a repeating unit derived from aromatic diamine; and 20-60 mol% of repeat unit derived from aromatic dicarboxylic acid.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
