PURPOSE: A faucet disinfecting device of a drinking water manufacturing device is provided to simply disinfect the inside of a faucet, and to save resources by recycling hot water while reducing energy consumption. CONSTITUTION: A faucet disinfecting device of a drinking water manufacturing device includes the following: a water level detecting sensor(130,131) checking a filling state of a cold water and a hot water containers; an automatic valve(140) blocking water flow with a cold water branch pipe(71); an automatic valve for hot water connected to the water and the hot water containers; an opening/closing unit(170) automatically moving a lever(111) of a faucet; a timer(120) stopping and operating a control part; and the control part(160) controlling the sensor, the valve, and the opening/closing unit.
