PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition containing novel seleno nucleoside derivative is provided to ensure anti-cancer activity and to prevent or treat cancer.;CONSTITUTION: A seleno nucleoside derivative is denoted by chemical formula. In chemical formula, R1 and R2 are independently H or F but both R1 and R2 cannot be H. A pharmaceutical composition additionally contains pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or excipient.
