PURPOSE: A mobile phone character information portal system construction and a browsing method thereof are provided to easily acquire necessary information by constituting character information portal which connects character pages.;CONSTITUTION: A character page constitutes a character information portal. A user mobile phone(10) requests the inquiry of the character pages. A user requests the character information. A character information portal server constitutes the character information portal with the connection of the character pages from a main character page to lower character pages in order to provide the character information.
