PURPOSE: A location acquirement method of a prediction based, an apparatus of the same, and an alarm service system are provided to reduce unnecessary location acquisition process without the degradation of the accuracy of alarm service.;CONSTITUTION: A location acquisition unit of a prediction based comprises a location acquiring unit(210) which unit gains the present position value about the moving body according to the acquiring cycle, a predicted area selection unit(220) which determines bases on the present position value, the pre-stored former position value, the changed angle and the location values every alarm domains signifying the range of the moving body progressive direction when the predicted area selection unit decides the prediction visit domain presence whether or not, and an acquiring period adjust unit(230). The predicted area selection unit selects one or more prediction visit domains among the alarm domains followed the decision result. According to the decision result, the adjust unit calculates the prediction acquisition period each predicted area selected one or more. The acquiring period adjust unit renews the acquiring period based on the calculated prediction acquisition period.
