PURPOSE: A nucleic acid molecule which specifically cleaves TEL-AML1 chimeric mRNA is provided to treat or prevent acute lymphoblastic leukemia.;CONSTITUTION: A nucleic acid molecule which specifically cleaves TEL-AML1 chimeric mRNA has sequence number 1 or 2. A composition for treating or preventing acute lymphoblastic leukemia contains the nucleic acid molecule as an active ingredient. A method for inactivating a target TEL-AML1 gene comprises: a step of preparing the nucleic acid molecule to a reactant; a step of providing the target TEL-AML1 chimeric mRNA to the mixture; and a step of supplying condition for catalyst activation of the nucleic acid.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
