PURPOSE: The current protection circuit of the low voltage regulator appropriately controls the current of the output terminal in the low voltage regulator drive. The generation of the excess current of the peripheral circuit or over heating phenomenon is prevented.;CONSTITUTION: The bypass transistor keeps the voltage outputted in the power output node with the constant voltage. The voltage distribution part(1) voltage-divides the output voltage of the power output node to the determined ratio by using the resistance for the partial pressure. Over current detection part(2) detects that the excess current flows in the power output node. Over current detection signal extension output unit(3) outputs the steady state current detection signal after outputting over current detection signal the designated time extension.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
