PURPOSE: A mobile advertisement bell sound and background music contents are provided to use the advertisement and information of an enterprise as the use of a conventional mobile phone bell sound and personal homepage.;CONSTITUTION: In order to use enterprise advertisement or information as a mobile phone bell sound and the background music of a personal homepage, a melody and lyrics of the enterprise advertisement or the information is reconstituted. Whenever a user uses the mobile phone(2) and personal homepage, an advertisement-type mobile phone bell sound and advertisement-type personal homepage background music is offered.
