摘要

PURPOSE: A disc of a butterfly valve in aluminum bronze series manufactured by low-pressure casting in which copper and aluminum are contained and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to manufacture a high quality disc by reducing the inner defect of a disc and to improve the recovery rate of molten metal.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a disc of a butterfly valve comprises the following steps. Molten metal(120) in which aluminum is contained in copper is manufactured. A disc of a butterfly valve is manufactured by using low pressure casting. The molten metal is injected inside a crucible(100) for the low-pressure casting. Pressure is applied to the inside of the crucible in order to inject the molten metal into a mold. The molten metal of the mold inside is cooled. The mold is located in the upper side of the crucible. The molten metal moves to the opposite direction of gravity and is injected into the mold due to the inner pressure of the crucible.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
