PURPOSE: A human mesodermal cell-derived novel miRNA or precursor miRNA are provided to control expression of target gene.;CONSTITUTION: A human mesodermal cell-derived miRNA(microRNA) is a nucleic acid having a nucleotide sequence selected from sequence numbers 1 to 22. The human mesodermal stem cell-derived precursor is a nucleic acid having nucleotide sequence selected from sequence numbers 23-44. A composition for controlling cell differentiataion contains the miRNA. The composition contains miRNA expression derived from human mesodermal cells.
