PURPOSE: A tax payment system using ARS and a method thereof are provided to connect to ARS through a phone, thereby conveniently realizing tax information acquisition and real time tax receipt without the limit of time and place.;CONSTITUTION: An ARS(Auto Response System) management unit(110) recognizes the user information of a user terminal(200). A financial information management unit(120) searches taxes information about a corresponding user from a finance information DB(300). A payment management unit(130) pays taxes corresponding to the taxes information through selected payment means. A receipt check unit(140) performs receipt file generation and receipt processing.
