PURPOSE: A channel base of a large distribution board including an earthquake-proof frame is provided to stand vibration which is acted in an orthogonal direction to the direction in parallel to the ground.;CONSTITUTION: A bottom body part(12) is parallel to a body part(22) and is fixed to the ground(50).
