PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for a segment for a diamond tool, which can make a segment having long service life and the improved grinding performance, and a diamond tool with a segment which is manufactured by the same are provided to improve the polishing performance and to increase a service life by coating with diamond particle, matrix agent and binder.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for a segment for a diamond tool is as follows. Diamond particles(1) moves or rotates. The moving diamond particles are collided with matrix agent, a binder and solvent, to coat the surface of the diamond particles with the matrix agent and binder. The collision of the diamond particle, matrix agent, solvent and binder is consecutively performed until the thickness of coating layer of binder and matrix agent reaches a target thickness. The diamond particle is filled in a mold and sintered after being pressed.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
