THE BIOMARKERS FOR IDENTIFICATION OF EXPOSURE TO 2,2',4,4'-TETRAHYDROXYBENZOPHENONE AND THE IDENTIFICATION METHOD OF 2,2',4,4'-TETRAHYDROXYBENZOPHENONE EXPOSURE USING THE SAME BIOMARKERS
THE BIOMARKERS FOR IDENTIFICATION OF EXPOSURE TO 2,2',4,4'-TETRAHYDROXYBENZOPHENONE AND THE IDENTIFICATION METHOD OF 2,2',4,4'-TETRAHYDROXYBENZOPHENONE EXPOSURE USING THE SAME BIOMARKERS
PURPOSE: A biomarker for confirming 2,2',4,4'-tetrahydroxybenzophenone exposure is provided to monitor and determine contamination of 2,2',4,4'-tetrahydroxybenzophenone in environmental sample. CONSTITUTION: A marker gene for confirming 2,2',4,4'-tetrahydroxybenzophenone exposure is overexpressed or downexpressed by 2,2',4,4'-tetrahydroxybenzophenone exposure. A DNA microarray chip for confirming 2,2',4,4'-tetrahydroxybenzophenone exposure contains entire nucleic acid sequence of the marker gene or oligonucleotide consisting of 18-30 nucleic acid sequences or complementary sequence thereof. A method for confirming 2,2',4,4'-tetrahydroxybenzophenone exposure comprises: a step of treating compound to human somatic cells as an experimental group; a step of isolating RNA from the experimental group and control group; a step of synthesizing RNA of the experimental group and control group and labeling with fluorescence; a step of hybridizing with the DNA microarray chip; and a step of analyzing hybridized DNA microarray chip.
