PURPOSE: A radar target detection method using processing section size variation, and an apparatus thereof are provided to improve the detection performance of a radar by preventing falsely detecting a target in a radar.;CONSTITUTION: A processing unit(801a-801c) distribute the received radar signal according to a processing signal, uses the input signal as an input value to recognize a target in a processing section. A control unit(802) eliminates a target recognized in a boundary area of a processing section. A setting condition of the processing section is repeatedly modified.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
