PURPOSE: A reamer for maxillary sinus graft is provided to enable an operator to conveniently lift up user's tunica intima without giving any damage to the tunica intima of maxillary sinus.;CONSTITUTION: A reamer for maxillary sinus graft includes: a shaft(11) which is equipped with a square or hexagon bolt part(12); an outer circumference(13) in which one part is expanded to the lower part and another part is downwardly expanded to the top of a screw part; cutting grooves(14a,14b) which are prepared on the outer circumference and have four branches; a cork screw(15) which has flat surface at the low end portion; another cutting groove(16) which is formed on the outer circumference of the reamer; and an inner water course(17) which is used to supply the sterile physiological saline solution to the surgical operation region.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
