PURPOSE: A recombinant expression vector containing hMC4R peptide or hMC4R mutation peptide is provided to easily identify three dimensional structure of the peptides.;CONSTITUTION: A recombinant expression vector comprises an expression cassette in which a gene encoding hybrid partner binding protein, a gene encoding hMC4R of sequence number 1 or 2, and a gene encoding hMC4R mutant of sequence number 3 or 4 are operably bound. A method for massively producing the peptide comprises: a step of translating E.coli with a recombinant expression vector; a step of culturing the transformed E.coli in m9 medium for overpression of fusion protein; a step of dissolving the expressed fusion protein and centrifuging; a step of purifying insoluble recombinant fusion protein by Ni-affinity chromatography; a step of cleaving the insoluble recombinant fusion protein with CNBr; and a step of performing size exclusion chromatography to obtain a target peptide fragment.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
