PURPOSE: An automatic UV coating system is provided to perform an UV-coating process using automated facilities, to obtain high glossy and high hardness of a material to be coated by drying the material to be coated using far infrared rays, and to maintain constant surface irradiation density of the material to be coated by controlling a UV-lamp using a cylinder method.;CONSTITUTION: An automatic UV coating system comprises: a conveyor(100) for transferring a material to be coated; an ionizer room(200) in which the static of the material to be coated is eliminated and anions are injected; a first primer coat booth(300) which coats the material through a spray process; a second primer booth(400) in which a second coating process is performed; a third primer booth(500) in which a third coating process is performed; a far infrared rays drying room(600) which dries the material at a high temperature using far infrared rays; an UV booth(700) in which a top coat process is performed using an ultraviolet rays pigment; and an UV hardening room(800) which instantaneously hardens the material to have high glossy and high hardness using the far infrared rays and using a plurality of lamps.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
