PURPOSE: A natural rock composite panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to overcome problems, such as color and feeling difference at a side of a natural rock composite panel and the exposure of the base layer.;CONSTITUTION: A natural rock composite panel comprises upper natural rock(10), side natural rock(23) and a base layer(30). A manufacturing method of the natural rock composite panel is as follows. Natural rock is attached to one or both sides of the base material layer to form a laminate.
