PURPOSE: A promoter which induces foreign gene expression specifically in flower is provided to develop flower having novel characteristic.;CONSTITUTION: A promoter which is specific to flower isolated from Arabidopsis thaliana has base sequence of sequence number 1. A recombinant vector contains the promoter and foreign gene which is operably linked to the promoter. A transformed microorganism is obtained by transforming the recombinant vector containing the promoter. A PCR primer for amplifying DNA fragment of the promoter is denoted by sequence number 4 or 5.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
