PURPOSE: A filter device and an injection apparatus including the same are provided, which are capable of effectively eliminating impurities included within drugs while not lowering the flow speed.;CONSTITUTION: A filter device includes: an inlet port which communicates with a liquid supply line; an inlet tube(12) which moves the liquid flowed in through the inlet port to the internal space of the filter device; a filter housing which is connected to the inlet tube and to the outside; an overflow pipe(22) which has an outlet port communicating with the filter housing and transfers the liquid discharged from the filter housing to the outside; a hydrophilic filter(124) which is used to filter the solid impurities within the liquid flowed in through the inlet port; a hydrophobic filter(29b) which discharges the gas within the liquid flowed in to the outside before or after passing through the hydrophilic filter; and an blocking member(30) which blocks inflow of the gas within the liquid in the overflow pipe.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2010
