PURPOSE: A method and kit for detecting FET sensor-based target material using an aptamer are provided to perform sandwich bond and to detect disease-relating metabolite, contaminant, and food toxin. CONSTITUTION: A method for detecting field effect transistor(FET) sensor-based target material using an aptameer comprises: a step of adding a sample containing the target material and a second aptamer which specifically binds to the target material to FET sensor; a step of measuring current change between source and drain metal electrode of the FET in case of binding a first aptamer with the target material and the second aptamer to detect the target material; and a step of forming a channel region which forms channel by contacting source and drain metal electrodes on the carbon nano tube. The first aptamer is fixed on the metal electrode surface.
