PURPOSE: It easily makes unlit defect pixel and the pixel repair structure and repair method of the organic elestroluminescent display device easily can repair the pixel fault without the need to on the whole eliminate the light-emitting layer.;CONSTITUTION: Provided is the first electrode of the organic light-emitting DIODE(50). The light-emitting layer(53) is formed on the light emission region of the first electrode. The second electrode of the organic light-emitting DIODE is formed on the light-emitting layer. The first electrode and the second electrode are electrically connected and it is non-radiated.
